I hope you all had a Great Thanksgiving!
Our Business Aspen Ridge Outdoors, Home of the "Pit Boss Fire Starter" would like to thank everyone who has purchased our product this year! The summer markets were fun to do and we met some very nice people. We have had many return customers and are so appreciative that people seem to really like our product.
If you don't know us yet please visit our web site; www.pitbossfirestarter.com you will find our contact information on our site and we are always happy to deliver products locally to save you shipping, so feel free to call us.
Although we did a lot of marketing in the summer, Pit Boss Fire Starter is great indoors too and many of our customers are just now realizing how great it works in their wood stove, pellet stove or fireplace. It doesn't have any petroleum products in it so your house won't have that awful fuel smell. As a matter of fact when you open the tin all you will smell is the wonderful orange scent. Our daughters and grandkids can start the fire with out the worry that they might get burrned or make a mess because the natural oil and the wood chips combined create the flame so it's quite safe. You should ALWAYS supervise children and no one under the age of 10 should really be starting a fire! Well check it out and like I said please feel free to contact us at thepitboss@pitbossfirestarter.com if you have any questions or want to purchase our product locally.
Hope you have a great holiday season!

Vendor Life
Recently Bret and I decided to sell our products at farmers markets...wow what an idea! We have learned that you have to tell people that they WILL buy your product or they will experience some terrible fate. We have also learned that these vendors do not have a cush job. Most do not get any break for any reason for the durration of the event. So be nice when you go to one of these markets the workers are in pain...and don't even consider what you should wear cuz NO ONE else did! I have seen every outfit, hairstyle, and fashion problem that you can even imagine. Do wear flat comfortable shoes but don't dwell on how they match your outfit cuz NO ONE else did that either. But for the most part, people are nice and they do listen to your pitch and they do buy ...that is after you tell them that their first born will be swept away by a penguin to Gotham city....

Pit Boss Fire Starter
My Husband and I have created a product called Pit Boss Fire Starter. We are trying to get our product out to the public and have tried many many different marketing campaign's. Our product is a simple fire start product. We offer four sizes, the smallest one is a small tin which is best for taking with you into the outdoors when you are camping or to carry with you in your back pack. It contains enough product for about 8 fires. It's primarily used with the large tin because it's refillable/reusable...green :) it's only 9.00 and available on our web site with free shipping right now. The large tin is made to keep at the hearth side and contains over 100 fires! A great value at 40.00. Also available on our web site www.pitbossfirestarter.com . Then we have a survival pack. Easily our best seller, it contains six packets of fire starter and a book of matches that are in a resealable plastic packet. It's the perfect take along for the outdoorsmen. It's price is 12.00 on our web site...I guess you already know www.pitbossfirestarter.com :) The fourth product and really the best value is the cabin pack. It holds about 40 fires and is priced at 22.00. Please check out our products and through December we are donating 10% of our sales to charity...Thanks for reading this post! Gina P.S. We have some other variations on the main four products and some one of a kind gift baskets on our web site as well --check it out-- Thanks again

This will be short
I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving! I'm glad that gas prices are low. I'm not happy about the government spending my money without asking me first. I don't think we (the people) should bail out big companies/banks or anything without a complete audit and open to the public accounting of where these companies are and where they are going and what they are going to do with the $$. If I asked for some money from a bank or to buy a car both companies would ask to see all of my income records and my credit score and my spending habits...we aren't being given even that much consideration. I'm not in debt, I don't use credit cards, I live within my means. We always have, it's meant that my kids didn't have every CD or video game. It meant that I've had to sew old clothes or serve leftovers. I've gone without when I saw other people charge up a storm. I've never felt that being envious was a good emotion so I feel like I've done my best to over look what we didn't go in debt to have and focused on the family that I have and the lessons that my kids will learn from our frugality (is that a word?). I think they have learned and I'm proud of them. However, My Government is letting me down here!!! I'm sure that other people feel the same as I do...it's time to stop this bailout crap and let all the people that have mismanaged their money go through some tough times...maybe they will learn a lesson for next time?
